Fair hotel

The hotel is very dated. The ceilings are peeling and show water damage. We requested queen non smoking. The first room they gave us smelled of smoke and had 2 full beds. The 2nd was non smoking, but still had a smoke odor to it and also had 2 full beds rather than a queen and sofa. When I asked about it they said they don't have pet friendly queen and sofa rooms, but could put us in a room with a king bed for $10 up charge. We went with that, but due to the overall condition of the building we won't be using it on future trips.
