Disappointed

I have to say that I just wanted to leave St. Augustine because of the hotel. I guess I should have done my research first, because to start, the hotel was not in a great area. There were live roaches in the room!
We left the "Do Not Disturb" sign hung on the door, but when we got back, it had been removed. Luckily it seems to have been removed after the housekeeping had gone through that area, so my pets were still in the room when we got back, otherwise, the pets might have run out. Very frightening experience!
