Dangerous and lacks integrity

I actually would rate zero bones if that was an option.Her Negligence TORE My dog's ACL !! Literally pulled leash wrapped around leg and tore ligament. Will not even help with surgery expenses. nNo integrity to assume responsibility witnessed by 2 neighbors !
I Called this trainer for basic obedience and dog aggression issues. During the 1st consultation visit she created a nightmare for me and my dog ! After explaining to her that my dog is strong and reactive to neighbors barking dogs, she put my dog on her long leash. Leash got caught around my dog's leg as she pulled and even through his screams and yelping ,she pulled and tore his ACL (ligament in knee) ! My dog was in my fenced yard ,there was no place for him to go so no need to pull leash. Two neighbors witnessed the negligence but this woman denies any wrong doing. I now have Vet bills for surgery, she refuses to take responsibility for. SHE is supposed to be the expert and did not assess the situation causing extreme harm to my dog. PLEASE read this carefully, this "trainer" caused bodily harm and excruciating pain to my dog !!! TORE HIS ACL !! If you do not want unexpected heart ache or medical expenses as a result of trainer negligence and carelessness stay away from this trainer !! She refuses to pay for any of the bills claiming she does not have money. Not insured or Bonded !
Horrible experience . I have never written a bad review before but I want to warn other dog lovers that this person that calls herself a Dog trainer could become your nightmare too.
