Disappointed

For a 2-night stay, we received only 2 towels. Had to beg for additional towels in which they stated water was off, unable to do laundry. Next morning requested additional towels again and they were able to give only one but still stated laundry wasn’t done. Also when we were unable to find the tv remote, we slid back the “easy-to-move” queen and the floor was disgustingly dirty.
