Paw Dazzle Pet Bakery and Boutique of Smithville VillagePaw Dazzle was absolutely wonderful…so much stuff to look at, reasonable prices & friendly staff! they had a variety of great homemade treats, we got many to take home! they also had our pups favorite treat…pig ears! absolutely recommend going to paw dazzle, and check out all the other shops! it’s the cutest little historic village, our dog loved getting to walk around!

Tun Tavern Restaurant & BreweryThere was plenty of room outside for us & our dog. he enjoyed every minute of eating out. the server was so good with our pup & attentive to us. our dog got the beef & rice…I’d say by the way he gobbled it down, he highly recommends haha we tied the leash around the leg of the picnic table & he just laid down. they also provided big water bowls. will be back!

Great beach!
Longport Dog Beachour dog had the absolute time of his life at longport dog beach! parking is iffy, but we didn’t have a big problem. we went around noon & there was plenty of room for our dog. to run & play. mostly everyone is so friendly & observant of their dogs. there is a box of toys at the entrance of beach in case you forgot any! there are no garbage cans on the beach, but a dumpster in the parking lot. and unfortunately no water spicket, make sure to bring your own! the beach is big, we will go back anytime we are able!

Awesome area to exercise your pup!
Patriot Lake ParkPatriot Lake Park was one of our favorite spots to take our dog. it was a beautiful area to just walk around the water or you could take your dog to the “dog area” which was also great! there was an area for small dogs under 35 pounds, and an area for large dogs over 35 pounds. if you forgot toys, that’s ok…there are some around the dog park. we ran out of water & the locals were so friendly and helpful. our dog loved getting to just run!

Cute area to take the pup!
Bay VillageBay Village was the cutest little shopping area, so many different stores…tons of room for you to walk around with your dog. there is a pet shop, that was really neat…however the woman working was like a jewelry salesman & when we didn’t get something that was a little pricy, her entire demeanor switched. it was a shame, because the dog loved picking out his own treats!

Great for the dogs
Showboat Hotel Atlantic CityWe just got back from our stay at the Showboat, all in all it was a good week. Hotel is going through so many different renovations/post covid stuff. They’ve def let some things go, but it was a clean hotel, great location, and lots to do, especially for the price! All staff was extremely friendly for the most part, but the front desk clerks barely spoke or explained anything about the hotel. I recommend just walking around & figuring it out! There’s a few things closed post covid (restaurants/bars) but I’d say we will most likely be back again with the pup!
