My husband booked the room, very bad mistake! The room was so dirty, I cleaned up water from the dogs bowl and how disgusting black floors! Not clean! Filthy windows, rusted door jams, furniture torn up, sink clogged! Enough said! Rude staff, rats and people going through dog poo station! Looking for what? Nasty! Left early and are now at a new clean hotel! Plus they haven’t refunded our 2 night, we checked out early.

The staff is very professional, very clean and comfortable rooms! Great pool/hot tub and workout facilities! We didn’t try the breakfast bc on vacay I sleep in with the Wolfpack! Will return at the end of the month and whenever we stay upstate NY!

Lost our home in Florida from Ian. I’m driving back and forth from NYC to Florida. Perfect stop off 95, very clean and friendly. Usually stay at Red Roof bc of the price, but the extra money for thus place is worth it! I will stay again!

No special treatment for my fur babies. The hotel was very expensive due to spring break over $200 a night, plus pet fee. Also, the hallway was very musty and room was ok. Toilet clogged right away and shower didn’t quit work unless ya jiggled it. No complimentary breakfast and pool was blah. Laundry was conveniently by the pool, and the restaurant food was good. Staff was very friendly and location was ok, but we had to go where we could stay without breaking the bank. My husband was working and I tried to get a little R&R while visiting family in FT Myers. We are displaced out of state due to losing our home from Hurricane Ian.

I’ve stayed here once before coming back and forth from NYC to Florida. Always a very friendly staff and easy check-in. I requested a non smoking room and the comforter had a cigarette burn on it, along with pee stains. Sooo gross! I tossed in on the floor right away! It’s always a comfy sleep after a long drive, but this time we had been by the back door and a lot of going in and out. Noisy, It’s perfect for a place to crash with your pups for under $100! Also, close to 95!

My husband was working and we (me and my dogs) tagged along! I found this last minute for a night stay! A beautifully renovated and very clean hotel with AWSOME room service! That’s a plus to not have to leave dogs in the room. We will stay again! Next time I’ll bring my swimsuit so I can enjoy the pool and hot tub! Our room with the king size bed was a little tight, but overall it was very comfortable and relaxing.
