No room at the Inn!
La Quinta by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport WestAlthough booked through your website, hotel said you had NOT specified a pet friendly room, so they charged us an extra $15 fee to put us in a room on 2nd floor. At first they refused to do anything until I cried and begged that we had no where else to stay. They completely blamed it on third-party booking although I know they were lying because they did the same thing to the people checking in after us. Are all La Quintas like this? We’ve never had an issue until this experience.
