Great Hotel

Great welcoming hospitality! Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet if you ask to be on the side away from the train tracks. Highly recommend if you’re staying anywhere in the Centralia or Chehalis area.

Worst hotel experience ever!

The front desk person was friendly, but new to the job. Our room was not available, tried to give us a smaller queen size room. Elevator was broken, third floor stairs only way is very inconvenient with a dog. Carpet in hallways and stairs stained and filthy dirty. Room had a weird smell, refrigerator door broken. Nightstand drawer would not stay closed. Had to prop it closed with the Bible from the drawer. All the furniture scratched and water stained. Curtains had holes in the fabric.

Four miniature bed pillows that were smaller than two regular bed pillows; they were scrunched up hard lumps. Edges of the quilt cover was tattered and torn. There was hot water for showers, but the tub faucet would not shut off completely and run water all night. The was no breakfast in the morning as advertised on their website. The parking lot has very narrow spaces and homeless people living in a car and tent on the property. A homeless, half dressed woman, clearly in an altered state of mind wandering throughout the parking lot.

The front desk person told us the police had been called, but it sometimes takes over an hour for them to show up. The is absolutely no place for dogs to go potty and the dirt/not flower beds were full of dog feces, human feces, and broken glass and garbage. This place is a disaster! It was a big disappointment!

Beautiful property!

This beautiful Inn is a very clean, updated facility. The pool area, landscaping, yard games are great! The breakfasts were delicious. It appears the owner has ongoing projects making improvements to the facility, which will only make this facility more appealing. Our experience with the front desk person for each of the three days of our stay, was sadly disappointing. From an unfriendly check in to check out, there was no personal attention, no acknowledgment of how our stay was going, no concern for our comfort, questions, or needs. No, offer of complimentary doggie treats, water bowls, etc. outside dog water bowls were never cleaned or refilled with water. The pool was closed 5 to 40 minutes early two nights without explanation. Overall, the beautiful facility may entice us to stay here again, but without improved customer service probably not!
