Improper Health Safety and Care

Do NOT board your pet here! I boarded my 3-year old dog with them for 6 days and am horrified by their negligence. To keep this short, I am requesting a refund from them for the following reasons:
- My dog was horribly dehydrated when I got her home, panting non-stop from the facility (45-mins) until about 30mins after we got her water at home
- Her raw food was completely opened in the insulated bag I provided them. Contaminating not only the bag but everything within
- I left them with enough food to get her through to dinner tonight. They sent me home with her with EIGHT meals... my dog either was skipped for feeding 7 times, or they completely ignored my instructions and underfed her the entire time
- They gave her none of the probiotics I asked to be fed to her once daily. They came home with me ENTIRELY unopened, but also contaminated by the opened raw meat rolling around in the bag
- Her Tupperware I provided was still covered in blood and meat.. also opened in the bag.. never cleaned even though that is proper food safety
- And now the reason I am going to dispute my charges with them and letting the world know these people cannot be trusted.. about 2 hours ago she threw up both grass pieces and chunks of plastic. Which tells me she was unsupervised in their care and clearly had access to something that she ate. Now I'm just hoping she doesn't have any blockages in her stomach that we will have to get removed!
- And for the icing on the cake of course, her coming back dirtier than how I left her. I get she is a dog but are you letting her roll in slobber and mud???
