Not for dogs

My husband and I took our two dogs there after we called ahead to make sure dogs are allowed. When we got there the manager acted annoyed that we had brought the dogs, but they seated us. The waiter also acted annoyed even though we had the dogs completely under our table. The restaurant is also a part of an outdoor mall that does not allow dogs, so we felt on edge the entire time even though we had done our due diligence of checking and calling ahead.
