In desperate need of renovation

While the hotel location is great and breakfast was good, the carpet in halls are heavily stained, dirty and fraying. The room had a clean bathroom and fairly comfortable bed but the walls were peeling and ceiling had big water stains. Parking was adequate but the landscaping doesn’t give a good first impression and could use some work.
