Nice Hotel - Unhelpful Staff
Element Omaha Midtown CrossingThe Element Omaha is a very nice hotel. The staff on the other hand was very unhelpful and friendly. Even though we paid through BringFido and I had the confirmation they still charge my card a deposit of $50.00 for "incidentals" and then charged me for the whole room stay. We need to contact the GM in order to have the charges removed. There was only one towel in the room and when I mentioned to the front desk at check out all she said was "that's strange". No apology or anything. They have such a nice hotel, the should have staff that equal.

Pleasant Experience
Comfort Inn & Suites Mundelein-Vernon HillsOur stay at the Baymont Inn in Mundelin was very pleasant.
The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. They were very welcoming of our little guy as well!

Quaint Hotel
Hotel FriscoThe Hotel Frisco was very welcoming of us and our little guy. The room was a bit small but comfortable. There is a roof top bar next door that is open until 11:00pm so was a bit noisy until they closed. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
