Injure Animals!!
PetSmart GroomingDO NOT SUPPORT PETSMART!!!!! Took our Dogs to PetSmart Grooming in Davenport, FL. We took both our dogs a 4 lb Morkie and 6 Lb Maltese. Both Dog's were injured and haircuts were not completed. The 4 lb Morkie Got a scratch in his eye and we had to take him to the Animal Hospital. The 6 lb Maltese had multiple Clipper cuts on body and had his nail cut to short that he was bleeding. They stated they could not complete the Haircut of our dogs as it became to dangerous and our dogs became aggressive. Our Dogs have been groomed many many times and have always received high praise! I understand accidents happen with the nails, however they lied and played dumb like it never happened. I have called PetsMart Corporate and Have 3 case numbers, they Refuse to respond to calls. We have not been able to get PetSMART To issue a refund for grooming or cover the Animal Hospital bill. It has now been 30 days and I have yet to have this resolved. The worst part is the groomer is still there as normal and your dog is not safe! Please spread this message and WARN People about how PetSmart operates!
