Not sure how this place gets 5 bones!

We arrived at the hotel late (around 10:30pm) and parking was as challenging as other reviews stated, but we found some. When we got to the room, everything looked fine but I could hear the toilet running immediately, so I went to inspect the bathroom. There was ONE hand towel and washcloth for our party of four. After jiggling the handle, I opened the tank to see water just running. My husband concluded that the stopper had rotted and needed to be replaced. This also meant the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk to alert them and to ask for a repair and more bath linens.

They said they would send someone up and I waited more than an hour before falling asleep. At some point I heard the phone ring. Apparently, in the middle of the night, they decided to acknowledge that no maintenance person was coming and offer the room change they should have offered when I first called. They never sent the towels. My husband had to grab them the next morning at the front desk. Thankfully we were only here one night but I definitely regretted not choosing the other property I was considering for our stay.
