Our dogs were treated like royalty

Our girls were treated like queens. The employees knew them by name and greeted them every time they walked by. The room was clean except for a mildewed shower curtain. Our only real complaint is that our room got no service the 4 days we were there, despite our request. We were able to get fresh towels from the desk but I feel that at almost $250 a night, if we ask to have someone take the trash, it should be done. Also, every day our room keys had to be reset. It's noisy, but that's what you get when the hotel is attached to a water park. The employees were all great, especially evening manager David.
