Bad experience

It’s been a week now and I still haven’t seen the $50 "disaster" deposit refunded. My dog is extremely well behaved and with the one night stay we had, left our room spotless. I’ve called hotel multiple times to inquire about this, and have been just hung up on. While the room was nice and a quiet stay, the room itself was slightly outdated. I did enjoy the happy hour and morning breakfast. Feeling that my experience was bad business, and will not be retuning.
