Four nights at this quiet, basic, dated hotel was fine. The hotel is older. It could use a refresh. My dog didn't mind it at all. The doggy area is not much. Probably ok for an emergency potty issue. I took my dog to the park. My room was so close to the park that I could hear tennis balls bouncing from the public courts, which are lighted until 10pm. The heater in my room didn't provide enough heat. It was pointed at the extra bed and did not circulate in the room. I was so cold that I had to request extra blankets. They were super thin. Later, they provided a small area heater. That did help. I won't stay there again.

I recommend this hotel for pup owners. Check-in and checkout was easy. Room easily accessible from car. Walking distance to dog park. Also, a nice grass area in back of the hotel for a quick pit stop. There are many cats, so had to keep a tight hold on leash.
Clean, with toys, and trash bags. Large enough area for dogs to chase balls. People were nice and considerate. Easy parking, walking distance to my hotel.

Last minute Fido booking was no problem. We made the reservation minutes before entering the beautiful hotel. There is everything you need in one place. Outstanding formal dining, casual pub, bar, and a sit down made to order breakfast. The hotel also has an east access stair case. My dog doesn't like elevators. There are 3 floors and our room was on the higher level. I used the stairs and my pup was so happy!!! The rooms are top notch. Clean and large.
