The worst

If you ever decide to board your dogs, DO NOT use White Knoll Pet Resort owned by Kevin Johnson. If you do, please make sure you get a RECORDED drop off. I received an email on August 19th from their facility stating I was going to be paying $420 for my dogs to be boarded. I was just charged $660 at time of pickup. When I requested to speak with a manager, the woman at the front desk stated that the manager was not available but she would call him. She explained to him that the email was from their email address & that she’s not sure who sent it, but she is reading that it states $420. I then spoke with the manager who told me I was being charged what was on their paperwork- at drop off on 8/25, i showed them the email, confirmed the pricing, and they said that was correct. HOWEVER, I was just called incompetent by Kevin Johnson when I asked why I was being pentalized for a mistake made by his employee because ”that’s not his problem”.
This has nothing to do with the extra money, but everything to do with the customer service & experience. I trusted the two most important “things” I have to them, & they took advantage of me and their mistake “wasn’t his problem”.
