Safe hotel with friendly staff
Best Western East El Paso InnHad just a small bit of grass in front and mostly rocks and dirt everywhere else. Not really a great location for walking a dog that likes a serious walk. Room seemed pretty clean, but when we got back from dinner there were ants working their way to my dogs food. I let the front desk know and the kid working said he could come wipe them up and spray but they were booked full so no alternative rooms. He said he would be there in a couple of minutes. In my experience that’s usually hotel speak for at least 30 minutes and usually a couple hours. This kid was there with spray within like 2 minutes. It was the most fantastic prompt hotel response I have ever had. Loss of points for having ants in the first place, but the room was right at the end and these things are bound to happen. The response was on point. Loved the customer service here.

Clean space to eat outside
Ted's Hot Dogstables were clean and well kept. my pup likes to eat rocks so it was a little hard to find a good spot for him. this is a quick service restaurant, no special dog accommodations beyond being allowed on the patio.

Excellent service for people and dogs
Bucatini Trattoriaservice was great to our dog and us. others that were not even assigned to the patio came out and said hello to our pup and told us how great he was. made the experience very welcoming and it made me feel like the staff is very kind to eachother.
we want to come back on future travels.

Exploring pup
Scottsdale Scavenger Hunt: Old West Meets Modern ArtThe pup loved walking all over the place. People got a little frustrated because so many locations were not able to be precisely located per the app, so we could not get maximum points despite literally touching the locations. The pup loved the hunt and peeing on so many bushes along the way. Made for a fun way to get some exercise with friends.

Dog accepting patio
RA Sushi Bar RestaurantThe gates on this patio have to be lifted out of the way more like iron barricades than a gate. The pup was ignored and no water offered.
The people service was great. the pup had plenty of entertainment with watching people walking around the area. With no water even offered I can’t give more than 2 bones. we also felt kind of trapped when it was time to go and no one was there to lift the ‘gate’.

Great time
The Sicilian Butcher - ChandlerMy pup had a great time. The servers in the area were all friendly to him and our server got him a big tray of ice water. My pup loves ice so he dumped most the water out to get the ice out. It was great to be on the turf because it was not a big puddle running across the sidewalk, instead it was like it never happened. lol. great dog friendly choices.
Person experience was great too. 5 ft charcuterie board exceeded my expectations.

Very dog friendly
Uncle Bear's Grill & TapEveryone we interacted with that works there was super welcoming and friendly to the pup. the guests on the patio were totally dog friendly with most people having dogs. sent my husband in to secure a table while I waited with the pup outside and the family nearest the patio gate brought their dog over to meet mine. this was a great experience for socializing my young pup. I’m also told dogs eat free on Saturday, but I have not been for that yet.
Human experience they had great cheese fries and a Caesar salad with bacon in it. not the best burger patty in town but I’ll be back to explore more of the menu. Overall experience worth repeating.
