Confused?

I was calling to try to make a reservation and the woman on the phone seemed confused that I wanted to bring my dog. I asked for outside seating and she clarified the location. I said I was aware who I was calling, and that I had read on Bring Fido that dogs were allowed outside. She asked if I was calling just to see if I could tie "the dog" up outside. I said no, and asked for clarification on if they had outside seating. She responded, rudely, that they don't have outdoor seating this time of year. Won't be coming to try the food based on the staff's lack of manners.
