We booked a room that was pet friendly and when we arrived the description they gave of the room did not sound like the one we booked. When asked I was told that the booking agent puts whatever pics they want and may give wrong info. I was disappointed but I felt that I did not get the correct room or someone was not telling me accurate info. The room was 'bare bones' - only a bed, very small table under the small tv, and the bathroom door wouldn't even close all the way. It took over 24 hours of repeated asking for a coffeepot that we got one with a broken lid and leaked out the back so it had to be put in the bathroom sink.

Upon checking out I asked about other pet friendly rooms and discovered that we did not get the room we had booked. I called the hotel later to ask what rooms were pet friendly and was told the building in the center - which we did not stay in AND which I believed was where we should have gotten to stay at the first. After much back and forth we finally got a small refund which was what we were told was the difference in price from one room to the other. The booking agent said we could call the manager of the hotel and ask if we could get a free night so we could at least see if we liked the place. They never returned the call and after a several call-backs (still no manager would talk to me) they sent an email blaming BringFido for the whole affair. One bone for what looked to be a clean bed.
