Nice hotel and good location
Holiday Inn Portland Columbia Riverfront an IHG HotelRoom was well appointed (though nothing special for the dogs). Ground floor facing river had small patio so we could take them out on the grass. Food/service at restaurant not great.

Very nice hotel
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Santa Clarita - ValenciaThe hotel is very nice with rooms tastefully decorated and comfortable. Lots of space to walk dogs, with doggy bags provided if you don't have your own. Dog biscuits at the front desk. Very good free breakfast and free coffee in the lobby all day. Room has fridge and microwave which came in useful. You can also purchase from a small selection of frozen dinners and ice cream if you don't want to go out.

Great for people and pets
Best Western Plus Forest Park InnJust a minute off of highway and very quiet. Large room tastefully decorated. Even has a small walled patio. Lots of parking and lots of walking area for the dogs. Friendly efficient staff at front desk.

Large room
Hotel Del RioPet-friendly rooms are closer to the main road so it was a bit noisy. Although the buildings are dated the furniture/bed are more modern. Small grass area. Nice lobby and restaurant.

La Hacienda de la Langosta RojaAlthough the room was clean and the staff were lovely, the entire night was a long continuum of some party going on nearby and resident dogs barking and fighting. We decided to end our stay one night short due to lack of sleep.
