Much better places to stay in Portland

This hotel, although cute in pictures, is located right across the street from a medical center so you will hear all sorts of sirens at all hours. On top of that, hotel staff is at a minimum so there's a good chance your check-in won't be on time and anything you need from the hotel won't be taken care off on time if at all. The employees of this hotel also are unaware of the their own policies. Manager flat out lied about the circumstances. He is both rude, inflexible, and is a poor ambassador of this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels to stay at in the area that are nicer, cheaper, and in a better part of town. You can do better. PS - Manager threatened the call the cops if I posted this review. Said he had my contact information and everything. That's a great way to treat customers.
