Not very friendly or accommodating
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando - Disney Springs AreaThey tried to put us in a smaller room than we paid for. The room we paid for had a bit of black mold in the closet and smelled like mildew. They did not go above and beyond to be accommodating throughout the stay. When you called the front desk, it sounded like they picked up and immediately hung up before you could say anything.
