Not Deluxe at all

Do not stay here unless you want a smelly room covered with bad air freshener and horrible customer service. It’s completely overpriced and should be called a motel. I entered my room and requested another as I am sensitive to smells. My small puppy is a very clean dog as I am also. The manager was rude, unprofessional and had a bad attitude. When you enter the lobby, you will see that it is bare bones. I cannot believe all the reviews. Maybe I just had bad luck but I am SO happy I ended up at the Days Inn next door. I feel like I’m in a real hotel, there was exceptional customer service and am looking forward to the complimentary hot continental breakfast. I cannot tolerate rudeness and smelliness. I did get a full refund so I’ll give them 1 bone for that.
