Bad Customer Sevice, Dirty Room
Quality Inn & Suites FarmingtonWe checked in and she gave us a room that smelled bad, the bathroom grout and tub were very stained. My husband had to leave to go see his Dad in the hospital. I tried the tv and it didn’t work. I tried to call the front desk and the room phone was broken. I walked with my dogs down to the front desk and asked about the broken tv. She didn’t seem concerned or helpful - she said she would call her boss to have someone come and fix it. I asked for another room she said she didn’t have one. No one ever fixed the tv so I sat there for 5 hours with not much to do. The area around the hotel was sketchy at best so the dogs and I waited in the room and we checked out at 6 am - I would never stay there again.

Easy check in and clean
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alamosa an IHG HotelThe room was clean and they had treats for the dogs when we checked in.
