Clean and comfy

Check-in after reserving with BringFido was a bit of a mess. We ended up charged again for the room when trying to pay the pet fee. But it was a young, assuming new, employee and they got the manager to help rectify the problem. The hotel was comfy and clean. Overall a good experience
