My experience

The hotel is very far from the airport. That was the first thing that hit. The check in was good, but there was very little to offer in terms of other services. For a pet hotel it is surprising that the Comfort Inn does not have or keep bowls for food and water. Also surprising is the fact that they have no dog good available to buy on site. For passengers coming off an international flight and not being allowed to carry these items, it's quite challenging to then have to shop for this in a new city. Room was small with 2 twin beds which pretty much took up about 60% of the space and left very little room for pet and owner. I was there just in transit so not the worst or the best experience. I would try another hotel next time.
