Rude front desk

Woman at the front desk was rude, unprofessional, mean, and not at all knowledgeable. She told me I was "lucky you showed up when you did" because they were almost sold out. She proceeded to tell me that they do not hold rooms booked on BringFido, they have had to turn people away, and that it's not reserving a room when you use this website.

When the room was too hot, she told me that the air is always off in the rooms until the guest turns it on and I had to give it time. I told her I'm a cardiac patient and have to wait, then she hung up on me. I called back after 15 minutes and requested a different room. She refused and said maintenance has to tell her the room needs to be changed. I called back 10 minutes later and she said she just sent a message and the maintenance man would "get there when he gets there". I told her again that I'm a cardiac patient and expressed concern for my health. She hung up on me again.

This continued for almost an hour before the maintenance man came, verified the room was hot, told us that it may not chill down because the air conditioning in the hall was also broken, and said we should have been offered another room the first time we complained. When I called the front desk and told her, she was very rude, told me she was busy, and would call me when she had time to deal with me. We eventually got another room. We were also double charged, so until I talk to my bank I am out an extra $300. This was the worst hotel experience I have had!
