Choose another hotel

No, just no. Friendly staff did not override lack of cleanliness and poor condition of property and grounds. Also, this is an extremely noisy property, both from other guests and other nearby businesses. I never figured out if that loud booming bass was from a club in the area or another guest room. Pet rest area was in poor shape, rutted and pretty destroyed by equipment being used to paint high exterior areas. The whole hotel smelled really bad, a stale perfume odor that must be emitted by HVAC system. Room was nearly impossible to get to a comfy temp. Our poor dog would sometimes balk at entering that room. Many ignored details that were very annoying, such as one bedside plug with only one working plug in. Over a two night stay, no maid service at all. Minor to us, but did surprise us. Choose a different hotel.
