Not a dog or people friendly place

Terrible owner. Bad manner. He came at me and got in my face and started yelling with anger in front of everyone. After my dog that was also injured after I just picked him up from a boarding place in SLO jumped up on my seat and started crying. When I tried to get the dog to the leash that I attached to the umbrella pole. He stormed out from inside of the restaurant and told me and my dog to get out of his restaurant. He is the owner and we are not welcome here. Apparently, looking at the old reviews I’m not the first person this rude individual with no manner has done this to. He seems to be notorious at his no manner, rude with anger issue.
