Staff was very nice, but room wasn’t

Staff was very nice, but room was a little rough. It looked like it was torn up by a large dog; scratches on all door jams; it had a cold floor with no carpeting; hot water only if you ran it for a long time. But, for my doggie, I liked the grassy space, poop bags provided outside, and easy in/out. Not too expensive, but not cheap at $135 with dog fee. I expected a little more.
