Overcharged

They advertise with their vendors "no pet fee". When you arrive for your prepaid booking, you are then told it is $20 per night. Then, they bill you not only the $40 for 2 nights for your pet, they then change the rate to $40 per night for your pet and bill you for another $80, then they bill you again for 2 full nights on top of the 2 prepaid nights that you already paid with the 3rd party booking site.

Never did they ask to run my card. Never did they stop to ask clarifying questions or check with their colleagues for what was already billed. Never did they once do a little homework before just running my card. They passed the blame onto their vendor they advertise with. Never again will I bring my dog here. The rooms are subpar. Not even updated and feels like 1999. There are homeless people and drug dealers roaming the property. Do not stay here. Just don't.
