Not very pet friendly

Our family stayed at this hotel for a 4 night stay, and it was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel for so many reasons. When it comes to being “pet friendly” the only thing that is “pet friendly” is that they allow your pet to stay at the hotel. They don’t have a relief area for your pet on the property nor near the property. In addition, when I asked if they knew of any dog parks near the area the front desk personnel states that they did not know of any dog parks, and added, “You will just have to go look yourself.” Highly disappointed with their lack of knowledge and willingness to help.
