Never again

The owners were kind I will say that. My room was not fit for anyone to stay in. I get that hotels/motels will put guest who have pets in the least desirable rooms due to how pets of previous guest may have done damage to the rooms. However, room 302 proves to have been damaged by more than dogs and it is filthy. I do not recommend this hotel, as I felt punished for bringing my dogs, who are extremely well behaved. I was put in the most dirtiest trashed out room. I took many pictures to show how awful the room was. I only stayed as my boyfriend paid for the room. However, no matter how nice the owners may appear the room negates the high ratings. I have to give a bone, and that bone is for the TV, fridge. Toilet microwave and shower as there is nothing spectacular about them. The cost even on a deal is not worth the room I got. It is really sad.

Best thing was the coffee!

I made reservations a good month ahead of time with 2 dogs. The room I was given was not vacated so I waited 2 hours on another room after driving 10 hours. I was told it was ready. I went to the room and no towels. There were 2 bars of soap. I made mention of this to the desk. Housekeeping arrived a bit later with 2 sets of paper thin very dingy towels, hand towels, wash cloths and floor mat. I ended up getting towels of my own. I was setting up my dogs water and food and while I was expecting a light dusting of desert dust; nothing prepared me for what I used one of the towels to wipe up water in the corner of the room. The towel was literally black. This floor in that room was either mopped with filthy water or never mopped so knowing this I placed a huge comforter on top of the bed with out using the bedding.

I asked for no housekeeping because my dogs would stress out. On my day of check out I took off the comforter and literally took the bed apart so the bedding would hopefully be cleaned. The bedding did not appear it had been recently cleaned. Seems Motel 6 is low on staff 🤔. My one dog refused to do number 2 in the lot next door, covered with trash from clothing, dirty diapers, food and what appears to be hay dumping with animal excrement. The staff seemed overworked, underpaid and slow quitting but polite. The coffee on the other hand was good!
