Superb all around
Captain Grant's 1754Ted and Carol couldn't have been nicer or more hospitable. Very dog friendly. Charming beyond belief. Wonderful breakfast every morning.

Dogs allowed, but nothing special
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bethel/DanburyClean, comfortable hotel. The dog fee is very reasonable, but I would say it’s dog accommodating, not dog friendly. No treats at the front desk or any other niceties.

Travelodge by Wyndham Great Barrington BerkshiresWe were assigned a pet-friendly room as promised. Definitely not a motel that dotes on your dog, but accommodating and friendly.
