Great service, Ok amenities

Really great service checking in, they give you free poop bag holder and treats, and two free drink vouchers, there's free cookies (human and dog) and pineapple water in the lobby. The duvets and bed are the best part of room - insanely comfortable and they give you two small, separate duvets so you don't have to fight with your partner. However, the bathroom door was a wooden sliding door, and there was about an inch of space above and below it, and NO bathroom fan - aka no privacy whatsoever. My partner and I had to run the shower and waste a ton of water just so we didn't have to listen to each other pooping. I also have no idea how the rooms aren't filled with mold without a fan to circulate air.

The phone only has one special button on it, the "Everything" button (or something like that), and it was disconnected when pressed, so I couldn't call the front desk to get another pillow (they were very flat, regular hotel pillows). From what I could tell there was no dog potty area at the hotel, so we had to cross a very busy main road to get to the riverfront where there was grass, but it is a nice area to walk along. The location was otherwise great though, and close to a lot of good food, shopping, etc. Parking in the hotel structure was practically at the front door, and was always available so that was nice. Please keep in mind that the area has a lot of houseless folks, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them, and there's not anything the hotel can do about it. Overall it was pretty mixed. I'd recommend for staying if you have a dog, as it's a lot nicer than most dog-friendly spots, and great for the price, but otherwise there's plenty of other places to go.
