Friendly Staff, Good Value

I was a little nervous to reserve a room here because the price was so much lower than other hotels, and the last review was old. Was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - explained how to use my USA debit while in town. The room was no frills, a little dated, but nice and clean. It is a short walk to St. Catherine Street, which is where the bulk of the fun stuff is. Note: Google Maps kept directing me to the Double Tree when I entered their address. Be sure to double check the location. The entrance to the parking garage is on the side street. Would stay here again.

Easy to get to the sights

Holiday Inn Ottawa DWTN - Parliament Hill an IHG Hotel

Newly remodeled and very clean. There was a park down the street for my dog’s walk. Easy 15 min walk to get to the museums.
