Not that dog friendly
Hilton La Jolla Torrey PinesThis property does allow dogs but we would not consider it very "friendly." There are no outside green spaces at all so you have to walk your dog in the only "allowed" area which is the parking lot. They supposedly have a relief area but it is very far away from the rooms so not practical. The room balconies have stunning views but if you have a small dog, please know that their railings are very wide so a small dog can fall through. There are no screens on any exterior doors so in order to get fresh air you have to leash your dog so it doesn't wander off onto the patio if you want to leave your doors open. There are no windows to open. The only place to eat with a dog is the outside patio by the restaurant but they do not "serve" food out there so basically like a take out order. Kind of disappointing for a dog-friendly status.
Dog friendly Nice outdoor space
Karibo CafeThe food was very good. Late lunch was great as it wasn’t busy. Service was a little slow.
