Great location
TownePlace Suites Indianapolis KeystoneOverall we’ve found this chain by Marriott to be the best for our travels with our 2 large pups. The staff is consistently friendly & helpful and the rooms have everything you need (including really comfortable beds). Highly recommend.

Great Experience
TownePlace Suites Kansas City AirportWe stayed here for 5 nights with our 2 pups. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean & updated with everything we might need, and there was lots of grassy space & sidewalks on which to walk the dogs. Highly recommend!

Kind of gross
TownePlace Suites by Marriott BloomingtonThe staff was lovely and the room had been cleaned, but there was only so much they could do with a room this old and used. The furniture was filthy, the red couch had black stains on the arms & cushions, parts of the kitchen were coming unglued and undone, the woodwork was dented and scratched. We’ve stayed in 3 hotels from this chain on our trip - the other 2 were great, but this one has not been updated since the 70s. That said, the staff was helpful and welcoming and the room had been cleaned, It was clear that they’re doing the best that they can. But I wouldn’t stay here again as it’s clear that Marriott isn’t caring for this property.
