Stained sheets, very loud

The Flat sheet on the bed had a large brown/yellow stain. It was very loud, the door to hallway was not aligned so light was coming through and noise from hallway other rooms. The noise bothered my pet immensely. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there only appeared to be 1 person at the front desk any time I went by - so guests had to wait awhile to get help.
