Stay Was A Little “Ruff”

A room full of people were gathered in the room where we were assigned. Front desk made correction promptly, waived pet fee, parking fee and gave us complimentary breakfast buffet. Room was clean and comfortable but refrigerator did not work. Parking garage was under renovation and full but again front desk promptly made an accommodation for parking. Very large event occurring nearby and the parking situation was not something that the front desk had control over. Probably wouldn’t stay at this location again because of the parking situation. Would look for an alternate location with ample free parking.
