Kind staff and good communication

Brian was working the front desk upon our arrival and was very kind, offering my girls treats. We had an issue where they began barking after we left, disturbing other guests. Brian was kind enough to text me to let me know they were beginning to disturb others. I greatly appreciate his quick communication so we could resolve the situation to avoid becoming a further disturbance to other guests. Brian was very polite about it all, even stating how the fire alarms had gone off earlier and they were likely just nervous. All the staff we encountered from check-in to check-out were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here with or without pets.
