Fantastic!
Gamma Guaymas Armida HotelThis hotel is a real find! Right in the heart of Guaymas and a delight to stay here. The rooms are large and very modern and very clean. Complimentary bottled water and a sweet dog bed and bowl for our fur baby! Beautiful courtyard with a stunning pool and lovely dining room for breakfast etc. Plus a first class steak house right on the premises which is well known throughout the area for their premium steaks. Delicious! Very friendly staff who spoke English as well as Spanish. Private free parking. We only stayed one night but would definitely come again and maybe even stay longer!

Good location close to border
Motel 6-Nogales AZ - Mariposa RoadClean, friendly and close to the border. Great Italian restaurant, Ragazzi, right across the street.

Nice but a couple problems
Hotel Las FuentesVery clean. Cordial reception. Nice decor. Semi-private free parking. Unfortunately the restaurant closed at 3pm so no dinner available. And no restaurants close by that we could see. Receptionist didn’t know of any either. The plumbing worked but hot water was all you could get. Even the toilet was hot water. Weird. Beds were hard so wouldn’t want to stay for more than one night. Pet friendly and no extra charge was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent with friendly staff.
