I’m Speechless

I’ve been to Lucy several times. I have a complex dog with a difficult coat to care for. I get scolded each time I go. I take my dog for professional grooming for a reason. I’ve never been made to feel this way about anything in my life. Many incidental charges. I don’t have to worry as we were told she couldn’t do anything for us any longer. No compassion at all.
