Nice set up
Best Western Greenville Airport InnI had a king room with my dog. Lots of space, ground floor, near the parking area. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Only two issues: they put us in a room directly across the outside hallway from the Coke machine and ice dispenser so my dog barked every time somebody came to get a drink or ice. Also there were very bright lights right outside the room and inadequate blackout curtains so I had to sleep with a towel over my head. But I still felt it was a good set up for travelling with a dog.

Best Motel Of The Whole Trip
Quality Inn Kings MountainThis is an older motel, not fancy, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Back the car up to your door. Lots of room for our 50 lb dog. Good beds. Good shower. Heater/AC was quiet and kept us warm. Decent breakfast. Close to highway. Next door to gas station and convenience store. Restaurants nearby. For our needs this worked better than any place else we stayed, including higher- and lower-end hotels and motels. Wish we could have found more like it on our way back to Canada.
