Fantastic location
Emery Autograph Collection HotelThis hotel was amazing!! Very nice location, very dog friendly. They allow well-behaved dogs to be left in the room to go down to the restaurant and have dinner. You could also bring your dog to the large lobby area and have drinks and apps around the fireplace! 100% would go back!!

Not the best
Days Inn by Wyndham Mackinaw City - LakeviewThere was a bit of a mix up when booking this location - it accidentally double-booked. BringFido was called right away and they handled it great! They called the hotel to get it refunded and the front desk said they refunded it! Unfortunately, when we arrived, a new front desk clerk was there and she denied the refund, as they don't do refunds. She was very very rude and would not listen to the fact that it double-booked when we hit submit! We showed here the time stamps on the email confirmations, and still, NO REFUNDS. We again called BringFido, they escalated the issue and called hotel again; after speaking to the original front desk clerk, they got the refund approved. Again, BringFido was great, they had fantastic customer service, Days Inn on the other hand could use some training in hospitality. I also want to mention that the hotel was very very dated and very dirty.

Dog Friendly
Days Inn by Wyndham MarquetteWe had a last-minute booking and they still were able to provide us with a dog-friendly room! Rooms were okay, not dirty at all. We were on the ground floor where we had easy access to the grass outside!
