Not recommended

We tried out the Best Western Plus as an alternative to other hotels -- just to test the market for different brands (we're new to traveling with our dog). The staff was amazing -- quick to solve our issues with the first room (which reeked of cigar) to solving other minor issues. And that's all the good things I can say about the hotel. We saw a lady throwing a tantrum worthy of a 4 year old in the lobby (which was managed great by the manager), but our room was dirty. The tub was dirty and old, the room's carpet had mud imprints in it, bed sheets were weird and the hotel itself felt old and forgotten. It is clear to me that this hotel is great if you are in a tight budget, but that's about the only reason I'd stop here again.
