Very mediocre experience

We were expecting a more luxurious experience at the Hyatt. Especially considering the price. The room hadn’t been remodeled in a long time. Pretty old bathrooms. Outdated AC and mini fridge, that were both super loud! Very disturbing at night. The double beds were small. To get to the gym one had to go outside, around the block. The pool and hot tub were outside so we didn’t use them. Breakfast buffet was ok. In the end they overcharged us for it though, plus charged us twice for taxes and fees. Friendly staff though. Overall dog friendly.
