Stuck on 3rd floor

Wasn’t great. Sure the room was ok but they gave me a handicap room on the 3rd and the elevator broke so I was stuck on the 3rd floor. Why would they even consider putting a handicap room on anything other than the 1st floor when they only have one elevator in the building that stops working frequently because “it’s an old building.“ So here I am waiting for the elevator to be fixed. Guess I won’t be making the second leg of my trip. So yeah, quite annoyed.
